You can permanently delete your QuantLapse account and all associated cloud data directly from the app. Follow the steps below.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the QuantLapse app on your device.
- Go to Settings (tap the gear icon).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted by tapping Delete Permanently.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and authentication credentials
- All cloud-synced data, including encrypted photos and metadata stored on our servers
- Your subscription entitlements (managed via RevenueCat)
What Is Retained
- Local data on your device: Photos and data stored locally on your device are not deleted. You can remove these by deleting content within the app or by uninstalling the app.
- Purchase records:Transaction history is maintained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat according to their respective retention policies. To cancel an active subscription, manage it through your device’s app store settings.
